10.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

10.3 If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
